Use of Pinterest by Academic Libraries
We started using Pinterest about a month ago. This is new for us, so right now we are experimenting to see if/how this will help our students/library. In a couple of months we will re-evaluate our strategy and refocus. Our current strategy is to highlight books/ebooks (new, favorites, special topics), curate videos and sources of high-quality educational sites/articles, market non-library resources. Who will pin? Myself and two other librarians, and everyone else on staff that shows interest.
